- The fabric is specified as waterproof-coated polyester. The coating is what stops rain soaking through the panel itself.

- The bag is stitched, not seam-sealed. Water can enter at three points: the stitching along the seams, the zip on the front pocket, and the drawcord channel at the top, which is open by design so the cords can run.

- So this is a bag that keeps contents dry in rain and splashes while you are walking. It is not a dry bag, and it is not made for immersion.

- If you need a genuinely sealed bag for water sports, that is a different construction, and we will quote it separately rather than stretch this one to cover it.

- The upper panel is hexagon-textured and the lower panel is plain weave with the zip pocket. They take ink differently, and that difference decides whether artwork survives approval.

- On the textured upper, fine lines and small type break up across the hexagons. Bold shapes and thick letterforms hold their edge. On the plain lower panel, finer detail survives.

- The zip cannot be printed over, so artwork has to clear the zip band entirely.

- The top of the bag is gathered when it is cinched. Artwork sitting inside that gathered section will distort every time the bag is closed, so the design has to sit below it.

- Send vector artwork and we will return a placement proof showing the print position on both surfaces before sampling starts.
